This morning Tim and I made the hardest decision of our lives. We said goodbye to our little Ron man after a short three and a half years with our family. He was a tough little guy that was diagnosed with canine Addison's disease just over a year ago. He pulled through several hospitalizations, monthly injections and two surgeries. However, a few days ago he had an episode in which he couldn't fully recover from. We knew it was his time to go and didn't want keep him from being comfortable any longer. Ron was a huge part of our family, a best friend and a great little brother who always looked out for his big sis, Zoe. Below are some of our favorite pictures of him the way we will always remember him.

Ron will always hold a special place in our hearts and our family. We know he is up in puppy heaven probably meeting and playing with Cocoa, Codie, Koshi, Shen, Guiness, Watson and the many other pets our family has had over the years. We know he is in good company and is happy and healthy again. There will never be a day that goes by that we don't think of you and all of the joy you brought to our lives...we love you Ronald McDonald! XOXOX
