Tonight, Tim and I carved our pumpkins for the Halloween season. He and I will both be home from work on Monday to be able to hand candy out to the trick or treater's that come around our neighborhood. Zoe even has a scary Halloween costume herself but she won't be revealing it until the special night! It's always fun to carve pumpkins on our dining room table however this year there was one very special pug missing. Ron was definitely missed since we (all four of us) did this together while Tim was home between underways. We know that this time of year is going to be hard without our little guy home to share these special times with us and the rest of the family.
Zoe waited patiently while we carved out our pumpkins, or maybe she was waiting for a piece of pumpkin or seed to fall on the floor for her to sneak off and eat!
Another great part of carving pumpkins are the tasty seed you get from inside of them. This batched was seasoned and roasted in our oven...ready for snacking!
