First Open House Weekend

This past Saturday and Sunday our Realtor held the first open houses for our home. In between open houses we also had multiple showings. I never realized how much "work" it would be to try and sell our house. Trying to keep it in perfect showing condition is rough...not leaving a dirty dish in the sink, keeping the bed made all the time and vacuuming at least three times a day! We had surprisingly good traffic and a few couples that were interested. Only time will tell if there is any true interest in our home or any offers but Tim and I both had a good feeling after this weekend. We will keep you all posted if we get any update from our Realtor!
