Update...

Okay I wouldn't recommend buying the Shark hand-held steam cleaner. After I got home from Bed Bath and Beyond and started to take everything out of the box and look at all the neat attachments, I filled the well with water and plugged it in, as the directions stated. Simple, right?? No, not so much the motor already seemed to have been burned out. So I went back up to the store in hopes that they would carry another brand, but no such luck. I should have gone with my first instinct and bought the HAAN brand steam cleaner I saw on QVC...guess we will try that one!
