Santa Claus is coming to...the Rentz!

Today the Rentz got a surprise visit from someone very special. Yes, Santa Claus flew in by helicopter while the ship was out to sea. Just goes, to show that the big guy does in fact visit everyone on Christmas Eve! The ship's landing pad isn't too big, so I overheard that's why he took the trip in by helo (pictured below), not a whole lot of room to park his sleigh and all of those reindeer!

Look real close...who's that guy in red and white? I hope they aren't letting him drive the boat...

Although his stop was brief, he took the time to visit with each and everyone of the sailors and take pictures with them that they could send home to their family. I'm not sure if Tim was on the "Naughty" or "Nice" list this year. One thing I am grateful for is in the picture below. I am relieved that he hasn't grown one of those godawful beard, scruff things...yuck!
